This is DTI's commitment to the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA).
Three (3) of the Consumer Welfare and Business Regulation frontline services were included to the government's Citizen's Charter.  These are -
  1. Business Name Registration
  2. Repair Shop and Service Center Accreditation
  3. Sales Promotion
Basically, the measurement of performance is 'turn-around processing time.'  But for the DTI, it is also important not to compromise compliance to the respective organic laws.
